satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your item(s), please
follow the guidelines below.
Return policy for hardcover books.
Items in their original condition may be returned within thirty days of purchase for a 50% credit to your credit card or Paypal account. This credit does not apply to shipping and handling charges paid by Usiku.net. Please enclose a signed letter with complete contact information stating the reason you are returning your purchase. Please include a phone number so we can contact you to obtain credit card information in order to process the credit. We will refund the full cost of your order plus return shipping costs due to an error on our part. Return policy for

E-books are sold 'as is' and are not available for a credit. Please send your
